When given the opportunity to interview actor/comedian John Leguizamo I thought to myself me, little ol’ me in the same room with one of Hollywood’s biggest stars. I could not prepare myself enough for what exactly I would experience on the day of the interview.
I arrived at Sazon Restaurant in Tribeca a half hour early and felt absolutely calm and comfortable while waiting for our turn to interview the guest star of the day. I felt as if I were catching up with an old friend. He seemed passionate when speaking of his role in the upcoming thriller The Ministers, where for the first time in his career he plays two roles as twin brothers! He was very welcoming to his fans and invited them to friend him on Facebook and follow him on Twitter.
We look forward to his next one-man show called “Fugly” which is on tour and will hopefully make its appearance in the Big Apple late next year. “The Ministers” hits theaters in New York and Los Angeles on October 16th. - Delaila Catalino
