New Web series with fellow Fashion Expert

You’ve heard us talk about a friend of ours, Flor, who just moved to the Big Apple from San Francisco.

We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Web series, Latinas on the Move, where we’ll be documenting our adventures in New York City starting with our New Year’s Eve celebration.

We met at a conference in Los Angeles last April and hit it off. Then we met again in Santa Monica, Washington, D.C., Chicago and finally we’re now just a 5 minute cab ride away in Manhattan.

Take a look at our first episode on the video below. We talk fashion, shopping and even go dancing in a popular New York nightclub. Let us know what you think!

Congratulations to Beyonce and Jay-Z on the birth of their new baby Blue Ivy.

We have a favorite new Jay-Z song and that’s “Glory,” — his latest release where he speaks about the birth of his baby and reveals Beyonce suffered a miscarriage before. Listen closely because Blue Ivy makes her musical debut.

Will you watch new season of Celebrity Apprentice?

It’s been a while since we’ve really seen actress and supermodel Patricia Velásquez. You might remember her from The Mummy Returns (2001) or for her role on in The L Word, American Family and several TV movies.

On Sunday, February 12 Velasquez returns to the small screen to compete against 17 other stars on Celebrity Apprentice.

This season has the biggest cast yet: Debbie Gibson, Teresa Giudice, Victoria Gotti, Aubrey O’Day, Dayana Mendoza, Arsenio Hall, Lou Ferrigno, Clay Aiken, Marco Andretti, Tia Carrere, Adam Carolla, Penn Jillette, Lisa Lampanelli, Dee Snider, George Takei, Paul Teutul and Cheryl Tiegs.

Melanie Amaro Gets $5 Million Recording Contract

“God is good,” said Melanie Amaro after she was announced the winner of The X Factor USA.

So what happens next? The 19-year-old Virgin Islands native will sign a $5 million recording deal and star in her own Pepsi commercial which will air at the Super Bowl.
