Next time you order a chic cocktail, you might just be drinking from Pitbull’s latest project. The Miami native partnered with Voli Light Vodkas where he isn’t just a celebrity spokesperson but a major equity owner as well.

“I am extremely excited to be partnering with Voli light vodkas and to hold a significant ownership position in this great brand,” says Pitbull whose real birth name is Armando Christian Perez. “I knew this was great vodka when I overheard some ladies talking about it while they were drinking.”

Voli light vodka comes in five delicious fusion flavors0– it’s the first ever line of super premium, low calorie vodkas.  Available in all major markets throughout the United States and will be available nationwide by Fall 2011.

Cucumber Gimlet

This spa staple used to cool puffy eyes also makes a refreshing cocktail on hot summer days. Magera muddles freshly sliced cucumbers and mixes in lime, Hendrick’s cucumber gin and sugar to sweeten. “You can also use vodka instead of gin if you prefer,” suggests Magera.

St-Germain Cocktail

Want to impress your friends with a unique drink? Order a St-Germain cocktail. Made with St-Germain Elderflower liquor, some champagne, club soda and a twist of lemon it is far from your average white wine spritzer.

Blackberry Caipirinha

This Brazilian import has been making a big impact in the cocktail scene. Switch up the traditional Caipirinha recipe, which calls for Brazilian Cazacha rum and fresh limes with different types of fruit.  “Anything with fresh fruit is always chic- blackberries, blueberries and  strawberries,” says Magera.  “I always try to keep bowls of fresh fruit at the bar to add to my drinks.”

Ginger Mojitos

Like Mojitos? Then you’ll love Ginger Mojitos: White rum, Lime juice, mint and an unexpected sprinkle of minced ginger for the perfect collaboration- healthy too!

Lychee Martini

Lychee fruit is often overlooked as a great cocktail mixer. The fleshy fruit has a light taste that doesn’t overpower any recipe. Use Lychee Liquor in your traditional martini recipe to add an Asian feel to your happy hour.
