To start off I never go to bed without taking off my make up. No matter how exhausted I may be. My routine is simple. It consists of washing off my makeup with Aveeno face wash, then I add some Alba Botanica night moisturizer to my face, brush my teeth, floss (some times), brush my hair and then lather my hands with a heavy duty lotion. Finally, go to bed!
