Where to buy affordable work clothes

April 1, 2017

Find a list of stores that offer work clothes for less below the video.

How much did your last business suit cost you? I know firsthand how expensive they are – especially when you’re unemployed and looking for work. I mastered the art of buying separates to make my wardrobe last longer – making it easier to create more outfits. Watch my video on top to see how I styled four different outfits using the same white button-down shirt.

White-Button Down shirts for less can be found at:

  • H&M
  • JCPenney: The Ashley Nell Tipton collection offers plus-size clothing
  • T.J. Maxx & Marshalls
  • Rainbow
  • Express (but I find Express to be a little expensive when shopping on a budget)

Jacket, Pants and Skirts:

  • LOFT
  • Ann Taylor
  • JCPenney: looks for brands like Worthington, Liz Claiborne and Belle & Sky
  • Lane Bryant

Casual Attire:
