Beauty tips for job seekers  By Mercedes Sanchez

The month of May is a special time for college graduates. Because of social networking, many already know how to post photos and create profiles on Facebook, but do they know how to create a professional profile with an appropriate picture to help them get a job?

To help students understand the importance of how to professionally “show up” online, I’ve partnered with P&G on a brand new nationwide campaign, Face the World.

The Face the World program is aimed to educate college students on the importance of creating a unique online identity to appeal to recruiters to help land the job.

How to create a polished look to help you land that dream job

MOISTURIZE

The morning of your photo you want to look refreshed. The Olay Fresh Effects {Dew Over!} Hydrating Gel Moisturizer awakens and energizes skin.

WEAR NATURAL MAKEUP & LIP COLOR

You want to look as natural as possible, but also your best. Cover up any blemishes with a lightweight foundation. Make sure it matches your skin tone.

The CoverGirl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3-in-1 Foundation comes in 14 shades, and it works as a primer and concealer, and provides full coverage.

And I love the CoverGirl LipPerfection Jumbo Gloss Balm because it’s non-sticky unlike so many other lip glosses. It has a sheer coloring with a soft shine and come in 16 shades.

MAKE SURE YOUR HAIR IS NEAT

Preventing flyaways on photos can be very tricky. Keep hair in place with the Aussie Mega Hairspray - flexible hold and finish.

GO FOR NEUTRAL NAIL POLISH

Hands are not always visible in photos, but have your nails ready just in case. This is not the time to experiment with neon or pastel shades.
