Talk about celebrating diversity! We have photo submissions from a new author, a fellow dominican now living in the United Kingdom, and a teacher who doesn't like to wear makeup.

Sujeiry (pictured on the left holding her new book) wore this silk jacket over a gray dress to celebrate the release of her new tome Love Trips: A Collection of Relationship Stumbles. "I bought the jacket and shoes in my Washington Heights neighborhood," says Sujeiry. "My definition of chic is looking good and feeling good in your shape and size, no matter what others may think or say. I rarely follow fashion trends. I wear what suits my personality and current mood. I buy my clothes from all types of shops. You never know where you will find a great (and affordable) outfit!"

Carolina (on the right) is looking glam chic with her Margaret Cooper pearls in London.

Take a look at the gallery below which includes a photo submission by Eileen-- a teacher who wore makeup for the first time thanks to a Macy's beauty rep.
