Premio Lo Nuestro: Best and Worst Dressed
Mercedes' Best and Worst Dressed List Watch my Univision award show recap below
I think most of you would agree that not all award shows are entertaining. After the first hour, I often find myself wanting to change the channel. However this year's Premio Lo Nuestro was anything but boring!
Of course I was watching to form my best and worst dressed list for my commentary on Univision (watch segment below), but I actually watched the 3-hour program without tuning out.
Here's who made my list. Peores y mejores vestidas de Premio Lo Nuestro
Thalia in Alexander McQueen
Olga Tañon in black and white -- one of today's latest trends
Former Miss Universe Amelia Vega in Angel Sanchez
Aaron Diaz rocking the skinny tie and gray suit
Ninel Conde. What in the world is that? The bottom part of her gown looks like a furry area rug.
Alicia Machado. The one-shoulder and the squiggly gold and black lines = overtrending.
Fanny Lu. The color of the dress doesn't go well with her skin tone. And I'm all for a messy bun, but her hair is actually messy. Two different concepts.
Zuelyka Rivera. The chains and the length of this dress makes her practically naked. To make things worse, we learned that this was the dress she wore when she won Miss Universe in 2006. Apparently Zuleyka had the gown shortened, but it looks like they cut it too low. I think Amelia Vega should sit down with Zuleyka Rivera and give her some fashion tips. What do you say?
