How to transition your summer wardrobe for fall
Summer to Fall During my Be Chic Tour, I stopped by Univision Orlando to share tips on how to easily transition your summer wardrobe for the fall season without spending much. (Watch our Back to School segment below).
The key to recycling some of your favorite items is to pair them with warmer fabrics and darker tones for autumn. See some of my tips below.
Wear your summer pieces in the fall

White jeans are a summer staple, and you can wear them after Labor Day even though some people say you can't. Pair them with a bold top such as a pink or fuchsia blouse like the one pictured above, or a bright yellow blouse.

Colored Jeans or Pants
Blue pants with classic black items
Colored jeans and pants are always fun to wear during spring and summer. For the fall, dress up your favorite blue or red pants with classic black items.
Shirley is wearing a button jacket from Worthington and a Liz Claiborne Sleeveless Colorblock Textured Knit Top, both available at JC Penney. The pants are from T.J. Maxx.
Casual summer dress

If there's one item most of us have in common it's a loose, comfortable summer dress. Before you put your dresses away in storage, consider pairing them with a white or blue denim jacket this fall.
