My first time contouring on my own | Video Tutorial

Hi, everyone! How was your New Year's eve? I pray you are well. I'm still trying to figure out my goals for the year. I'm thankful for a good 2017. Thanks to all of you for engaging with me here on BeChicMag.com, on TV and on social media! For the first post of 2018 I decided to (finally) edit a video I shot a few months ago of my first time contouring on my own. When I have a special event or important TV segment I get my makeup professionally done. But hiring a makeup artist gets expensive. So here's my attempt at stepping up my makeup game. Please take a look! If you have any questions, please leave a comment below or contact me directly. OR, if you have suggestions on how I can get better at doing my makeup please leave your comments below as well. Here are some screenshots I took of the video. There's no photoshop. No facetune. I also added links where you can buy similar products to the ones I used. Fast forward to 1:20 if you only want to see the contour part.

Fenty Beauty Match Stix Trio

I have to confess I followed Kim Kardashian's instructions from her interview on The Real on how to contour. But instead of buying her kit, I purchased the contour stick from Rihanna's Fenty Beauty. Kim said all you have to do is draw a "3" on the side of your cheek and blend. Then I got a little daring and tried contouring on my nose.
