Fun Holiday Dresses
Holiday Fashion By Mercedes Sanchez
Traditional colors like red, gold and even green are always acceptable for Holiday parties.
But here are some modern and fun options that will work well for different occasions such as the office party, a night out with your girlfriends or a celebration with your significant other.
Take a look at some of the styles I chose for my recent live fashion segment on Telemundo 47. (Photos taken in the green room).

This is a perfect look for a night out with your boyfriend. Eunice is wearing a Jovani black dress from Neiman Marcus with bangles and shoes from T.J. Maxx-- a perfect way to mix high and low trends.
It's a sexy look, but at the same time a bit conservative as she's well covered and the dress is right above the knee. The high bun makes her look super chic. Don't you think so?
Some girls go crazy over sequins, especially on New Year's Eve. I styled Arleny with a Mark & James by Badgley Mischka dress with a fun pair of Jimmy Choo's. I don't like purchasing expensive dresses only to wear them once. If you like this dress but don't want to buy it, you can borrow it today on Rent the Runway.com!
Adalisse is wearing a little black dress from Halston Heritage-- perfect for a work party. The gold metallic clutch gives it a fun touch.
However, if you choose to wear black remember to wear an invisible deodorant such as Secret's Outlast Gel. It will prevent embarrassing white stains! And don't you just love those natural curls? Whether you want to wear your hair straight or curly, Pantene's Silky Moisture Whip will leave your hair soft and shiny.
This is an ideal dress for a night out with your friends. Yessenia is wearing a body hugging, colored lace dress by Nicole Miller-- also available on Rent the Runway.com. She doesn't need one, but if you have a gut like me, I recommend you bring out your spanx before wearing this tight frock.
And here I am wearing a short Badgley Mischka red dress. It has gorgeous beads by the collar and an open back.
No matter what you decide to wear this holiday season, remember to have fun!
