How to make baked chicken wings
I'm not much of a cook. Well, the truth is I almost never cook. But I got the urge to make some baked chicken wings for Super Bowl Sunday and they turned out great.
I've made chicken wings before. (Many years ago.) And I remember the wings sticking to the pan. So for tips and a refresher, I visited AllRecipes.com and found a quick and easy recipe.
I was relieved because I already had most of the ingredients and didn't have to go back outside.
After thoroughly washing them, I marinated the chicken wings in a large tupperware with olive oil, powdered garlic, chili powder, salt and black pepper.
The recipe suggested I blend the spices in a resealable bag. However, I chose to put them in a tupperware instead. I then added the chicken wings and shook the container to coat the wings.
After marinating, I placed the chicken wings on a glass baking dish and covered the dish with aluminum foil. I put them in the oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
I put the extra wings over parchment paper on a baking sheet.

After 30 minutes I removed the foil, turned the wings over and put them back in the oven for another 30 minutes.
After an hour my wings were done!
Our friend brought his homemade buffalo sauce.
Ta da! These baked chicken wings were fun and easy to make.
