Nike invited selected Latina bloggers and editors to be one of the firsts to preview its Women's Spring 2011 collection and new phone application with Celebrity Fitness Trainer Ary Nuñez.

Talk about great timing! While watching the young Miss America contestants strut their stuff in a two piece swimsuit, I realized I should do something about my belly. I can't afford to lose any weight, so what to do? It just so happens that Nike 's new app, Women's Training Club, caters to every level of fitness, whether you want to get lean or in my case toned.

The app is goal-oriented, with Get Lean, Get Toned and Get Strong categories. There are various 15-, 30- and 45-minute workouts, at Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels.

Runner and brand expert for Nike Stacy Tarver explained the science behind the Nike Free shoe. It was designed with the concept of training barefoot to strengthen the feet and legs with the protection and traction of a lightweight performance shoe.

To get the full Nike experience, we were lucky to sport their Dri-FIT Be Free gear. From the sports bra, capris, to hoodie and sneakers. The app is available on iTunes for the iPhone and iTouch.

Take a look at a brief recap on the video below.
